Vincent Ragosta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Private Capital Advisory. He has extensive experience in originating and developing global strategic mandates, including capital raising, secondary market and other independent advisory services for private fund sponsors and limited partners.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Vincent was a Managing Director on the North American fund placement team at Campbell Lutyens. Previously he held roles at UBS Investment Bank, SMBC Nikko Securities America and Shumway Capital Partners. He began his career as a CPA at both Ernst & Young and KPMG. Vincent holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Accounting from The Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.

Jeff Raich is a Co-Founder and Executive Vice Chairman at Moelis & Company, where he plays a key role in managing the investment banking business and driving strategic growth initiatives for the Firm. He was previously Co-President of Moelis where he was instrumental in building the Firm’s private equity and M&A business globally. Under his leadership, the franchises have advised on more than 400 assignments globally, representing over $700 billion in value. Jeff has over 35 years of investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeff held leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank including Joint Global Head of M&A, where he established UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Before UBS, Jeff was Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his investment banking career at PaineWebber.
Jeff holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia, a Board Member of the UCLA Health System and Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Board at UCLA. Jeff also serves on The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors and the Foundation for Sarcoidosis Research (FSR) Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jean-Eudes led the Global Industrial Investment Banking business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for many years, most recently served as its Chairman. Before that, he focused on the basic materials sector at Morgan Stanley and at Lazard in Paris and London. Jean-Eudes holds a MSc. in International Finance from Sciences Po in Paris and an M.B.A. from INSEAD.

Benoit has over 30 years of investment banking experience with expertise in advisory and capital markets transactions covering food, beverage, tobacco and home and personal care companies across Europe.
Benoit was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Consumer Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Lazard in Paris. Benoit graduated from the ESSEC Business School. Before starting a career in investment banking, he spent two years as a bridge officer in the French Navy.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jane was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners where she led the firm’s Power and Utilities M&A practice. She also founded Gardener Advisory LLC, which advises public and private companies and governments on electricity and power-related matters. Jane holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A from The Wharton School and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Columbia University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly listed global mining companies, Nexa Resources and Yamana Gold.

Anton has over 25 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in originating and executing M&A mandates across a broad range of industry verticals.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Anton was a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. He started his investment banking career in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was one of the founders of UBS’s Los Angeles office and their Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Prior to investment banking, Anton was a securities lawyer with McMillan Binch and Goodman and Carr in Canada.
Anton holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario and graduated from Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario. He received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

In 2024, François was named one of the Rising Stars of European Finance by Financial News. François holds a Masters in Management from ESCP Business School (Ecole Superieure de Commerce de Paris).
