Robert Sorrell is a Managing Director and Head of European Financial Sponsor Advisory at Moelis & Company where he focuses on providing strategic advice to private equity funds and other financial investors across Europe. Robert has 26 years of investment banking and asset management experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Finance Group at Goldman Sachs and Founder / CIO of an independent asset management firm.
Robert holds an M.A. from Cambridge University.
Greg Starkins is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising industrial companies across the aerospace and defense and multi-industry sectors. Greg has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as shareholder advisory and activist defense situations.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Greg led advisory efforts across the Diversified Industrials, Capital Goods and Services sectors, as well as for the Global Aerospace and Defense sector at Deutsche Bank. Before that, Greg was a member of the M&A team at Merrill Lynch and also coordinated Merrill’s Global Aerospace and Defense advisory practice.
Greg began his career as a M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior/Management from Brown University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
Chris is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he focuses on business services, industrial services and private equity transactions and has over 15 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, Chris was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Investec and previously a Partner and Head of Industrials for KPMG Corporate Finance.

Adam Steinberg is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises various parties in all manner of Capital Structure Advisory assignments. He has over 20 years of investment banking and asset management experience, including advising clients on M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Adam worked at Lonestar Capital Management where he invested in work-out and special situations. Prior to that he was a Vice President in the Restructuring & Recapitalization group at Jefferies.
Adam holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
J.T. Stephens is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising technology clients with a focus on the commerce enablement, consumer internet, and marketing software sectors. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, having advised boards and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and public and private equity and debt financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, J.T. was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities and served as Managing Director and Head of Internet and Consumer Software, Americas at UBS. Previously, he was a member of the Technology Investment Banking teams at RBC Capital Markets and Robertson Stephens. Earlier in his career, J.T. held leadership roles at Six Apart, a content management platform that catered to SMBs and at Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK), an early pioneer in the eCommerce sector.
J.T. holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. in Finance, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Cyril Tabet is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising a broad range of clients in the Middle East. Cyril has over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising corporates, creditors and sovereigns across the U.S. and Middle East on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancings, debt and equity capital markets and strategic advisory transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Cyril worked at Jefferies & Company in New York in the Recapitalization and Restructuring group. Matthew has over 20 years investment banking experience in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australian markets.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he worked for Houlihan Lokey as a Managing Director and Credit Suisse as Co-Head of Debt & Derivatives. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

Rami Touma is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising a broad range of clients across the MENA region. Rami has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised sovereign, corporate and financial sponsor clients on a variety of strategic and financial transactions including IPOs, debt raisings, M&A transactions and restructurings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rami was the Head of Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse in Qatar where he led the origination and execution of several complex cross-border M&A transactions and several multibillion dollar capital markets transactions.
Rami holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the Lebanese American University and a M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a CFA charter holder and a CPA in the State of Illinois.
Brodie is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) with particular expertise advising clients in the consumer, agribusiness and general industrial sectors and extensive experience across public and private buy-side and sell-side processes, equity capital markets transactions and strategic advisory mandates. Brodie has over 20 years of investment banking experience.

Yorick van Slingelandt is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA & APAC at Moelis & Company. He also serves as the Firm’s Co-Head of Europe. Yorick has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience having worked in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and has significant expertise in leading cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including infrastructure, transport, logistics, energy, aerospace, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2011, Yorick was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan.
Yorick holds an engineering and business degree (Ingénieur Commercial et de Gestion) from Université Catholique de Louvain and a Masters in Management from the Community of European Management Schools. Yorick serves on the Board of Directors of Education for Employment.
Ken Viellieu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising publicly-held and private companies in the retail and consumer, industrial and transportation, real estate and leisure, financial and business services and healthcare sectors. Kevin Voelte is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the upstream oil and gas sector and leads the Firm’s oil and gas Acquisitions & Divestitures (A&D) business. Kevin has extensive experience executing mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital markets and restructuring/recapitalization transactions primarily covering oil and gas exploration and production companies and financial sponsors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Kevin was an upstream oil and gas banker in the Global Natural Resources Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Before that, he was Director of Government Relations at The National Ready Mixed Concrete Association in Washington D.C. where he represented industry on Capitol Hill covering energy, transportation, tax and labor issues.
Kevin holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from Wayne State College in Nebraska and an M.B.A. from Rice University. He is also a graduate of the Bryce Harlow Institute on Business and Government Affairs at Georgetown University.
