Olena Sokolowska is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the fintech, data and information services sectors. She has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise advising clients across Financial and TMT sectors on corporate finance matters, including buy-side and sell-side transactions, capital raises and other equity and debt structures.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Olena was an Associate at Quayle Munro, now part of Houlihan Lokey’s Data and Analytics M&A group.
Olena holds a B.S. in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath.

Robert Sorrell is a Managing Director and Head of European Financial Sponsor Advisory at Moelis & Company where he focuses on providing strategic advice to private equity funds and other financial investors across Europe. Robert has 28 years of investment banking and asset management experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Finance Group at Goldman Sachs and Founder / CIO of an independent asset management firm.
Robert holds an M.A. from Cambridge University.

Greg Starkins is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising industrial companies across the aerospace and defense and multi-industry sectors. Greg has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as shareholder advisory and activist defense situations.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Greg led advisory efforts across the Diversified Industrials, Capital Goods and Services sectors, as well as for the Global Aerospace and Defense sector at Deutsche Bank. Before that, Greg was a member of the M&A team at Merrill Lynch and also coordinated Merrill’s Global Aerospace and Defense advisory practice.
Greg began his career as a M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior/Management from Brown University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Chris is a Managing Director at MA Moelis Australia (the corporate advisory and equities division at MA Financial Group) where he focuses on business services, industrial services and private equity transactions and has over 15 years of experience in investment banking.
Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, Chris was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Group of Investec and previously a Partner and Head of Industrials for KPMG Corporate Finance.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Sydney University.

Adam Steinberg is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises various parties in all manner of Capital Structure Advisory assignments. He has over 20 years of investment banking and asset management experience, including advising clients on M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Adam worked at Lonestar Capital Management where he invested in work-out and special situations. Prior to that he was a Vice President in the Restructuring & Recapitalization group at Jefferies.
Adam holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Stephens is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising technology clients with a focus on the commerce enablement, consumer internet, and marketing software sectors. He has nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, having advised boards and management teams on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and public and private equity and debt financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, J.T. was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities and served as Managing Director and Head of Internet and Consumer Software, Americas at UBS. Previously, he was a member of the Technology Investment Banking teams at RBC Capital Markets and Robertson Stephens. Earlier in his career, J.T. held leadership roles at Six Apart, a content management platform that catered to SMBs and at Overstock.com (NASDAQ: OSTK), an early pioneer in the eCommerce sector.
J.T. holds a B.A. in English Literature from the University of California, Berkeley and an M.B.A. in Finance, Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Andrew Swift is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory and M&A. Andrew has extensive investment banking experience advising corporates, acquirers and creditors across a broad range of industries and geographies. He has executed a variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions, with an emphasis on debtor-side engagements, exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations, distressed financings, and S. 363 sales. Andrew has also advised public and private companies across a variety of complex M&A transactions, including cross-border hostile takeovers, activism defense, MoEs, and leveraged buyouts.
Andrew started his career at Moelis and holds a B.A. in History with honors from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Cyril worked at Jefferies & Company in New York in the Recapitalization and Restructuring group. Prior to joining MA Moelis Australia, he worked for Houlihan Lokey as a Managing Director and Credit Suisse as Co-Head of Debt & Derivatives. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants ANZ.

He also co-founded and served as CFO of ACE Portal, which provided transaction management and marketing tools in support of private capital formation. Carl holds a B.S. from Cornell University.

Rami Touma is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising a broad range of clients across the MENA region. Rami has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised sovereign, corporate and financial sponsor clients on a variety of strategic and financial transactions including IPOs, debt raisings, M&A transactions and restructurings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rami was the Head of Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse in Qatar where he led the origination and execution of several complex cross-border M&A transactions and several multibillion dollar capital markets transactions.
Rami holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the Lebanese American University and a M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a CFA charter holder and a CPA in the State of Illinois.

Stephen Trauber is a Managing Director and the Chairman and Global Head of Energy and Clean Technology at Moelis & Company. Steve has over 35 years of investment banking experience, having advised on more than $700 billion of energy transactions, including many of the sector’s most significant and transformative M&A and financing transactions. In addition to assembling more than 300 oil and natural gas transactions, he has also served as lead financier for many of the industry’s IPOs and equity and debt capital markets deals.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Steve was Vice Chairman and Global Co-Head of Natural Resources and Clean Energy Transition at Citi, where he was responsible for creating and building its Clean Energy Transition business. Prior to Citi, Steve was Vice Chairman and Global Head of Energy at UBS Investment Bank. He began his career with Credit Suisse and subsequently managed Morgan Stanley’s Energy Group in Houston.
Steve holds a B.A. in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he was an Austin Scholar. Steve currently serves on a number of corporate Boards of Directors, including Global Geophysical Services, Geophysical Technology Inc, Nabors Energy Transition Corp II, where he serves as Audit Chair, NXTClean Fuels, New Asean Energy and Odyssey Trust Company. He also serves as an Advisory Director for Aon, Element Resources, and Last Energy. In addition, Steve serves as Chairman of the Memorial Hermann Hospital Foundation and is on the Board of Directors for Theater Under the Stars and Performing Arts Houston and its Foundation. He is also on the Board of Advisors of the Jones Business School at Rice University.

Yorick van Slingelandt is a Managing Director and Head of EMEA & APAC at Moelis & Company. He also serves as the Firm’s Co-Head of Europe. Yorick has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience having worked in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East and has significant expertise in leading cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including infrastructure, transport, logistics, energy, aerospace, and telecommunications. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2011, Yorick was Managing Director at J.P. Morgan.
Yorick holds an engineering and business degree (Ingénieur Commercial et de Gestion) from Université Catholique de Louvain and a Masters in Management from the Community of European Management Schools. Yorick serves on the Board of Directors of Education for Employment.
