Charles Noel-Johnson is a Managing Director and Co-Head of EMEA Recapitalisation & Restructuring at Moelis & Company. Mr. Noel-Johnson has over 18 years investment banking experience advising a wide spectrum of clients and investors on restructurings, recapitalisations, financings and other strategic advisory transactions. Mr. Noel-Johnson has completed transactions representing over $100 billion across Europe and the Middle East. Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr Noel-Johnson was an Executive Director in the European Restructuring Group at Close Brothers and previously at JP Morgan. Mr. Noel-Johnson was honoured by Financial News’ “40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Investment Banking” in 2011 and 2012.

Mr. Noel-Johnson holds a Masters (Hons) in Politics from Edinburgh University and studied Political Science & International Relations at the University of California, San Diego. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment.

William Nook is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Nook has over 15 years of investment banking experience and was most recently Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Deutsche Bank in the Americas Financial Institutions Group, focusing on asset management and alternative investment companies. Previously, he was a member of the Global Financial Institutions Group at UBS.

Mr. Nook holds a B.A. from Union College and an M.B.A. from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University.

Richard Orders is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Orders has over 20 years of experience advising corporate clients across the Asia Pacific region and was most recently Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Advisers (“APA”). He was previously a Managing Director in the RBS/ABN AMRO group in Asia Pacific and before that was Vice Chairman and Head of Global Clients Asia Pacific for ABN AMRO, where he worked since 1996. Prior to joining ABN AMRO, Mr. Orders was a Managing Director and Head of Barings Investment Banking in Asia. He has also worked for Barings in other roles within corporate finance and debt capital markets based in Australia and London.

Mr. Orders holds a BA (Hons) degree from the University of Oxford.

Landon Parsons is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company. Mr. Parsons has nearly 25 years of structured credit experience as an analyst, investor and advisor. Previously, Mr. Parsons was a member of the Mortgage Special Situations Group at Goldman Sachs. He joined Goldman in 2008 after seven years at C-BASS, an affiliate of Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation and Radian, where he was a Managing Director responsible for investing and managing structured products in non-agency and subprime RMBS, CMBS and ABS. Mr. Parsons also served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Structured Finance for CGA Investment Management and as a Senior Business Development Manager at Financial Guaranty Insurance Company. Prior to this, he held positions at Credit Lyonnais, Capital Markets Assurance Corporation and Citicorp.

Mr. Parsons holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Iowa and an M.S. from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.

Dominick Petrosino

Dom Petrosino is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Petrosino has extensive capital markets and investment banking experience and was most recently Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets at Bear Stearns. While at Bear Stearns, he managed a leading business focused on providing capital structure solutions, including underwriting, structuring and executing leveraged loans, high yield notes and mezzanine financings. In this role, Mr. Petrosino advised clients across a broad range of industries on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and other capital structure matters. Prior to Bear Stearns, Mr. Petrosino was a Vice President of High Yield Corporate Finance at Chase Securities and previously a Vice President in Chase’s Global Mining & Metals Group.

Mr. Petrosino holds a B.S. from New York University and an M.B.A. from Baruch College.

Jan-Philipp Pfander is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients in the chemicals and related materials sectors. Dr. Pfander was most recently Head of the Chemicals Group for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at JP Morgan and has over 20 years of experience in the chemicals sector. Prior to JP Morgan, Dr. Pfander was Head of European Chemicals at Lehman Brothers and spent nearly a decade at McKinsey & Company in Germany.

Dr. Pfander holds a Diploma in Microbiology from the Technical University of Munich and a PhD from the University of Oldenburg, Germany.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, was an investment banker at both Citigroup and UBS Investment Bank in their respective healthcare investment banking groups.

Mr. Prasad holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Boston College, where he was a member of the Honors Programs in both the Carroll School of Management and College of Arts and Sciences.

Matthew Prest is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe at Moelis & Company. Mr. Prest was most recently Managing Director at Close Brothers in London. He has advised clients across a broad range of industries on leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and other capital structure matters. Mr. Prest joined Close Brothers from M&G Investment Management Limited where he was a Director in the Fixed Income team. Prior to that, he spent eight years at KPMG in London which included significant assignments in both Asia and the Middle East as well as Europe.

Mr. Prest holds a B.A. in History from the University of Warwick.

Andrew Pridham is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Moelis Australia. Mr. Pridham has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and was most recently Executive Chairman of Investment Banking at JP Morgan Australia, where he completed many major M&A, equity raising and other advisory transactions and played a leading role in the significant growth of JP Morgan’s Australian business. Prior to his six year tenure at JP Morgan, Mr. Pridham spent 12 years at UBS where he held senior roles including Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking and Head of Investment Banking for Australasia. He was also a member of the UBS Global Investment Banking Management Committee.

Mr. Pridham received a Bachelor of Applied Science (PRM) from the University of South Australia. He is also Chairman of AFL Club, The Sydney Swans.

Jeff Raich is Co-President and a Founding Partner of Moelis & Company. Mr. Raich has been in the investment banking industry for 30 years and has advised on over 150 M&A transactions across a broad spectrum of industries. Previously, Mr. Raich was the Head of M&A at Moelis & Company and was instrumental in the build-out of the Firm’s M&A platform since its inception. Under his leadership in this role, the Firm soon became one of the leading boutique M&A advisory firms in the world. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Raich was the Joint Global Head of M&A at UBS Investment Bank, where he founded UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. While at UBS, he was a member of the UBS Investment Bank Board, the UBS Global Management Committee and the Investment Banking Department Americas Executive Committee and was Co-Head of Investment Banking Los Angeles.  Prior to joining UBS, Mr. Raich was a Managing Director and Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his career as an investment banker with PaineWebber.

Mr. Raich holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from The McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia and a Board Member of the UCLA Health System. Mr. Raich also serves on the Marlborough School Board of Trustees and The Posse Foundation National Board of Directors.

Swati Rao is Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the healthcare sector. Ben Reitzes is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides strategic advice for clients in the global technology sector. He has over 25 years of banking experience across multiple technology sectors. Mr. Reitzes joined Moelis & Company from Barclays, and formerly Lehman Brothers, where he was a Managing Director, Global Sector Coordinator of Technology Research. He also served as the Senior IT Hardware & Telecom/Networking Analyst. In these roles, he led strategy and research teams across nine countries focused on the impact of areas such as cloud computing, virtualization, mobility and other disruptive technologies. Prior to Lehman Brothers, he was a Managing Director, Global Coordinator of IT Hardware and Senior IT Hardware & Imaging Technology Analyst at UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Reitzes ranked highly in the Institutional Investor magazine research awards in multiple categories for 16 consecutive years, including being named one of the top 3 IT Hardware analysts for 10 straight years and the #1 Imaging Technology analyst for 6 straight years before joining Moelis & Company.

Mr. Reitzes holds a B.S. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Benoit Renon

Benoit Renon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Renon was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Consumer Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Renon was responsible for industry coverage of consumer clients including food, beverage, tobacco and home and personal care companies across Europe, working on varied advisory and capital markets transactions. From 2001 to 2006 he was with Morgan Stanley in Paris, where he was a member of the French investment banking team advising key French clients across a wide variety of sectors. Prior to that, he was at Lazard Frères in Paris as a member of their French investment banking team for eight years.

After graduating from the ESSEC Business School and prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Renon spent two years as a bridge officer in the French Navy.

Mr. Rentala was previously a Vice President in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.
