Benoit Renon

Benoit Renon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Renon was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Consumer Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London. At Morgan Stanley, Mr. Renon was responsible for industry coverage of consumer clients including food, beverage, tobacco and home and personal care companies across Europe, working on varied advisory and capital markets transactions. From 2001 to 2006 he was with Morgan Stanley in Paris, where he was a member of the French investment banking team advising key French clients across a wide variety of sectors. Prior to that, he was at Lazard Frères in Paris as a member of their French investment banking team for eight years.

After graduating from the ESSEC Business School and prior to joining Lazard, Mr. Renon spent two years as a bridge officer in the French Navy.

Sash Rentala is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Mr. Rentala has over 14 years of investment banking experience and specializes in advising private equity sponsors and hedge funds on a wide variety of corporate finance matters including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance and restructuring transactions such as bank and bond new money issuances, exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations and amendments. Prior to Moelis & Company, Mr. Rentala was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank where he focused on the industrials sector including transactions in the chemicals, auto and metals and mining sectors. Mr. Rentala was previously a Vice President in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He also served as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy.

Mr. Rentala holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Mr. Rguem has over 13 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Rguem was an Executive Director at UBS Investment Bank in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group. Mr. Rguem was also previously an Associate at Houlihan Lokey, and prior to his investment banking career was a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble.

Mr. Rguem graduated magna cum laude with a B.Comm (Honors) in Finance from the University of Ottawa and holds an M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where he is a member of the Anderson Honor Society.

Colin Richardson is a Managing Director at Moelis Australia. Mr. Richardson was most recently a Managing Director at Rothschild and was previously a Managing Director and Head of M&A for Australia and New Zealand at Citigroup and a Managing Director in M&A at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank, Mr. Richardson worked at SG Hambros, formerly known as Hambros Bank, in Australia and the UK.

Zach Righellis is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising corporate clients in the semiconductor and electronics industries. Mr. Righellis has over 15 years of investment banking and management consulting experience and has provided strategic advice to corporate clients on M&A, IPOs, capital markets and restructuring transactions. Most recently, Mr. Righellis served as a Managing Director at Barclays, formerly Lehman Brothers, in Menlo Park advising on both M&A and capital markets transactions for semiconductor and electronics companies in the U.S., Asia, Europe and Israel. Mr. Righellis joined Lehman Brothers in 2005, working across several technology sectors including software, communications technology and cleantech. Previously, he was a consultant in technology and operations at Sapient Corporation.

Mr. Righellis holds a B.Sc in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.

Chris Roberts is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides equity capital markets advice to clients across EMEA. Mr. Roberts has over 20 years of corporate finance experience, including 13 years of investment banking experience focused on equity capital markets, advising clients on IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements and other equity-related transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Roberts was a Managing Director and the Head of EMEA Equity Capital Markets Execution at J.P. Morgan in London. He also served as the Head of Equity Execution for J.P. Morgan’s Tech, Media, and Telecom ECM franchise in San Francisco. Mr. Roberts started his banking career as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Capital Markets Structuring Group. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he was a corporate finance lawyer for eight years in the London offices of Slaughter and May and Latham and Watkins.

Mr. Roberts holds a B.A. (Hons) in French from University College London, a post-graduate Diploma in Law (CPE) from the University of East Anglia, and an LPC from the College of Law, London.

Yadin Rozov is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in Financial Institutions advisory. Mr. Rozov has 15 years of investment banking experience, including extensive fixed income trading, structuring and risk management experience. Previously, Mr. Rozov was a Managing Director, co-head of Fixed Income Structured Products and Americas Head of the Repositioning Group at UBS. In this role, Mr. Rozov was instrumental in the implementation of the strategic exiting of legacy businesses and risk positions across the bank, including complex structured and securitized products with underlying credit, real estate and consumer obligations. Prior to the Repositioning Group, Mr. Rozov was Global Co-Head of the Structured Products Group at UBS. Mr. Rozov was previously a Credit Derivatives Trader at Citigroup Global Markets.

 

Mr. Rozov holds a B.A. in Physics from Rutgers University and did graduate work in Mathematics in Finance at New York University. He currently serves on the boards of Chamonix Asset Management and College Ave Student Loans LLC.

Alex Rubin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on advising clients in the real estate sector. Mr. Rubin has over 25 years of experience advising public and private commercial real estate clients on a wide range of strategic and corporate finance matters including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions as well as debt, equity and recapitalization transactions. Before joining Moelis & Company in 2009, Mr. Rubin served as a Managing Director in the Global Real Estate Investment Banking Department at Citigroup. Previously, Mr. Rubin was Managing Director and Co-Head of European Real Estate Investment Banking at UBS based in London. Mr. Rubin’s career started at Merrill Lynch in New York where he was ultimately promoted to Managing Director in Real Estate Investment Banking.

Mr. Rubin holds a B.A. from Cornell University where he currently serves on the College of Arts & Sciences Advisory Council, the Cornell Real Estate Council and the Cornell Lacrosse Association. Jane Sadowsky is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company in the Human Capital Management department. Ms. Sadowsky advises the Firm on talent initiatives, including coaching, training and mentoring, for women and other underrepresented groups. She has 25 years of experience in the finance industry and most recently worked as a leadership coach to C-suite and partner level professional services executives. Ms. Sadowsky has advised a number of professional services firms on talent matters and has developed training and mentoring programs for their employees and women professionals in particular. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Ms. Sadowsky was a Senior Managing Director at Evercore Partners where she led the firm’s power and utility M&A practice. She also founded Gardener Advisory LLC, which advises public and private companies and governments on electricity and power-related matters.

Ms. Sadowsky holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, an MBA from The Wharton School, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Columbia University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of two publicly listed global mining companies, Nexa Resources and Yamana Gold.

Anton Sahazizian is a Managing Director and Head of U.S. Mergers & Acquisitions at Moelis & Company. Mr. Sahazizian has extensive experience advising clients on M&A transactions and was most recently a Managing Director in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Mr. Sahazizian worked at UBS for nearly 10 years, and in his most recent role was the senior banker responsible for the origination and execution of M&A transactions for some of the largest global industrials companies in the chemicals, capital goods, paper, packaging, forest products and energy sectors. He advised on numerous high-profile strategic M&A transactions within the sector and was responsible for related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms. Mr. Sahazizian started his investment banking career in the Los Angeles office of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and was one of the founders of UBS’ Los Angeles office and their Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Previously, he was a securities lawyer in Toronto, Canada, with McMillan Binch and Goodman and Carr.
