Rami Touma is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising a broad range of clients across the MENA region. Rami has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has advised sovereign, corporate and financial sponsor clients on a variety of strategic and financial transactions including IPOs, debt raisings, M&A transactions and restructurings.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rami was the Head of Investment Banking Department at Credit Suisse in Qatar where he led the origination and execution of several complex cross-border M&A transactions and several multibillion dollar capital markets transactions.

Rami holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the Lebanese American University and a M.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is also a CFA charter holder and a CPA in the State of Illinois.

Yorick van Slingelandt is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Europe at Moelis & Company where he has built out the Firm’s financial advisory and capital raising services across the region. Prior to this role, he was Head of Middle East & North Africa. Yorick has over 25 years of investment banking experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East, with significant expertise in cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including aerospace, defense, transport, infrastructure and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Yorick was Head of Corporate Finance at J.P. Morgan in MENA and previously served as Head of EMEA Transport and Infrastructure. He also worked in Hong Kong to develop the J.P. Morgan M&A team in Asia.

Yorick holds an engineering and business degree (Ingénieur Commercial et de Gestion) from Université Catholique de Louvain and a Masters in Management from the Community of European Management Schools. Yorick serves on the Board of Directors of Education for Employment.

Kevin holds a B.S., summa cum laude, in Finance from Wayne State College in Nebraska and an M.B.A. from Rice University. He is also a graduate of the Bryce Harlow Institute on Business and Government Affairs at Georgetown University.

Shlomo Yanai is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company. Shlomo most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from 2007 to 2012. Prior to Teva, he served four years as the Chief Executive Officer and President of ADAMA Agricultural Solutions Ltd. During his nearly 15 years as a corporate executive, Shlomo has successfully completed over 20 acquisitions and integrations.
