Jay Finney is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A advisory. Jay has extensive experience working with domestic and multinational companies on a broad range of complex M&A transactions. He has extensive investment banking experience including originating, structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions across a variety of industries, with a focus on industrial companies, and related coverage of corporate clients as well as private equity firms.
Previously, Jay was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse in the M&A Group. He was also a member of the Investment Banking Advisory Committee at Credit Suisse. Jay holds a B.S. in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from the University of Alabama and an M.B.A from Harvard Business School.

Eliot Freeston is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A Advisory. Eliot has over 20 years of investment banking experience, executing public and private buy-side, sell-side and special committee assignments across a broad range of industries. He has advised on over $50 billion of high-profile M&A transactions, with an emphasis on the hospitality and leisure sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Eliot worked in the M&A group at Centerview Partners and began his career in investment banking with Scotia Capital in Toronto, Canada. Eliot holds a Honors B.A. from The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Antje Gaensler is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in Capital Structure Advisory transactions in EMEA, with a focus on German-speaking regions. She has extensive experience in capital structure and restructuring mandates advising debtors, creditors and shareholders.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Antje worked at Lazard where she advised clients across EMEA on capital structure and restructuring situations. Prior to that, she worked at Gleacher Shacklock LLP focusing on complex restructurings and was previously an investment director at a European family office. Antje started her career as a structured finance attorney at Linklaters LLP. She holds an MBA (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a Law degree from The University of Würzburg in Germany. She is admitted to the bar in Germany and the bar of England and Wales.

Manisha Girotra is Chief Executive Officer of Moelis India. She has more than 30 years of investment banking experience, with extensive cross-border M&A expertise across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Manisha served as CEO and Country Head of UBS in India, where she oversaw its investment bank, commercial bank, markets, equity research, and wealth management divisions. Before that, she was Head of North India at Barclays Bank after beginning her investment banking career at ANZ Grindlays in London. She has been named one of Fortune India’s 100 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2025, and one of their 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in both 2014 and 2015. Additionally, Business Today has recognized Manisha as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Business in India for the past six years.
Manisha holds a degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College and received a gold medal for her Master’s Degree from the Delhi School of Economics. She currently serves on the Global Board of Naspers and is a Board Member of Ashok Leyland and Mindspace Business Parks REIT.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Partner and Managing Director at Berkshire Global Advisers. Before that, he worked in the Global Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in London and New York, advising asset management clients and private banks on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in finance and economics from Passau University along with a Master’s degree in International Finance and Business from Columbia University.

Before his investment banking career, Stu was a law clerk for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. Stu holds a B.S. in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, a B.A. in History from the University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from Harvard University School of Law.

Greg has over 30 years of experience as a financial executive, including 26 years as a leading securities analyst covering U.S. power, utilities, and energy companies.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Greg served as Principal and Head of North America Utility Strategy at Zimmer Partners, where he led research coverage and stock selection for utility and energy infrastructure investments across portfolios exceeding $3 billion. Previously, he was a Senior Managing Director and Head of North American Power & Utilities Research at Evercore Partners. Before that, Greg held senior leadership positions at various financial institutions, including ISI Group, Morgan Stanley, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, and Oppenheimer. He has been consistently recognized as a top utility analyst by Institutional Investor throughout his career.
Greg currently serves on the Board of Trustees at Drew University, where he chairs the Investment Committee and is Vice Chair of the Finance Committee. He also serves on the Board of Trustees for Play Rugby USA, chairing its Finance Committee. Greg holds a B.A. in Economics from Drew University and is a CFA charterholder.

Otávio Guazzelli is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Brazil at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising clients in the Brazilian and Latin American markets. Otávio has almost 25 years of investment banking experience, having advised on a wide variety of transactions across the telecom, consumer, agribusiness and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Otávio was a Senior Partner and Head of Investment Banking at BR Partners. He was previously Co-Head of Investment Banking for Citigroup Brazil. Otávio holds a B.B.A. from the Fundação Getulio Vargas Institution and an M.B.A. from INSEAD Business School.

Before that, Andrew was a Management Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he advised clients across various industries in the United States, Mexico and Brazil. Andrew graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan with a B.A. and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Alex Hageman is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Alex leads Moelis & Company’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) equity capital markets business and has worked on many of the Firm’s advisory assignments in the region. He has extensive experience working on high profile European and Middle Eastern equity capital markets transactions, in particular IPOs and follow-on offerings. He advises corporates, alternative asset managers and sovereign clients.
Previously, Alex worked in the Equity Capital Markets Groups at Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, focusing on equity capital markets transactions across all industries. Prior to his career in investment banking, he worked on the buy-side team at Robeco Asset Management. Alex holds a M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
