Elizabeth Crain is the Chief Operating Officer and a Founding Partner at Moelis & Company where she leads the Firm’s global strategy, infrastructure and business management functions. Ms. Crain has been in the investment banking and private equity industries for over 25 years as a banker, principal and operations executive. Prior to Moelis & Company, Ms. Crain was a Managing Director in the UBS Investment Bank where she was the Manager of the Investment Bank Client Committee and a member of the Investment Bank Board. In addition, she was both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of the UBS Investment banking Department Americas franchise. Before joining UBS, Ms. Crain was in the private equity industry from 1997 to 2001. She began her career in investment banking in 1988 at Merrill Lynch. Ms. Crain was named one of the “25 Most Powerful Women in Finance by American Banker magazine in 2011 and 2012.

Ms. Crain holds a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She serves on the Board of Directors of Exscientia Ltd., the Graduate Executive Board of The Wharton School and the Board of Trustees of The Windward School.

Robert C. Crowley

Bob Crowley is a Managing Director and Head of the Boston office at Moelis & Company. He joined at the Firm’s founding to manage the build-out of the Firm’s first office in Boston and to lead its expansion in the homebuilding sector. Mr. Crowley has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising on and executing various merger, acquisition, restructuring, debt and equity transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Crowley was head of high yield capital markets at UBS and previously led top franchises in the homebuilding and environmental services sectors of UBS’s Global Industrials Group. Mr. Crowley started his career at Salomon Brothers and worked at BankBoston before joining UBS. Before becoming a banker, Mr. Crowley was an Institutional Investor-ranked high yield research analyst covering the homebuilding/building materials sectors. Mr. Crowley was honored as Investment Dealers’ Digest’s 2009 “40 Under 40.”

Mr. Crowley holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College. He currently serves as Treasurer and board member of the Shady Hill School, as a board member and past President of the Franconia Ski Club, a member of the corporation of the Belmont Hill School, is the former President of Hill House Boston, and was previously a member of the Joint Center for Housing Studies’ Policy Advisory Board at Harvard University.

David Cunningham is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising companies in the oil and gas sector. Mr. Cunningham has over 27 years of investment banking experience advising on and executing various merger, acquisition, restructuring, debt, equity, and asset valuation transactions for oil and gas clients. Previously, he spent eight years as a Managing Director at Tudor Pickering Holt & Co., where he was one of the initial five Managing Directors in the investment banking group. He also spent 10 years with Credit Suisse where he was a Managing Director in the Global Energy Group.

Mr. Cunningham holds a B.A. in Finance from Texas Christian University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.

Maarten de Jong is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the healthcare sector. He has over 22 years of investment banking experience, advising on M&A and capital markets healthcare transactions, including pharmaceuticals, specialty pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and diagnostics transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. de Jong worked at Barclays, formerly Lehman Brothers, and was most recently their Global Head of Life Sciences. While at Barclays, he executed a broad range of transactions across the healthcare sector and developed a portfolio of relationships across the U.S. and Europe.

Mr. de Jong holds an M.S. from the University of Utrecht.

Pablo de la Infiesta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company and Head of the Private Funds Advisory (PFA) group in EMEA. Mr. de la Infiesta has over 20 years of private equity fund placement, secondary advisory, and investment banking experience. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, he was a Managing Director and European Head of the Private Capital Advisory group at Lazard, focusing on fund placement and secondary advisory. Before that, Mr. de la Infiesta was a Principal at Campbell Lutyens & Co in London. He began his career at Salomon Brothers.

Mr. de la Infiesta holds a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an M.B.A. from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

Scott DeGhetto is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the power, utility and renewable energy sectors. Mr. DeGhetto has worked in the investment banking industry for more than 26 years. He has extensive experience advising on a broad range of transactions including M&A, capital markets, restructuring and bankruptcy transactions. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. DeGhetto was Co-Head of the Power & Renewable Energy group at Credit Suisse. He has also held Managing Director roles at JP Morgan, in the Power and Pipeline Group, and at UBS, in the Global Utilities group.

Mr. DeGhetto holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Francesco Del Vecchio is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in recapitalization and restructuring. Mr. Del Vecchio has over 20 years of financing, restructuring and investment management experience, primarily focusing on leveraged finance, high yield, international capital markets and emerging markets transactions across a wide range of industries and types. He joined the Firm as an Executive Director in 2011 to help build the capital markets franchise and has worked in the Firm’s New York and London offices where he most recently led the Firm’s EMEA debt capital markets practice. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Del Vecchio held investment banking roles at Goldman Sachs and Citigroup in both New York and London and managed a portfolio of investments at a New York-based credit manager. He began his career as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs.

Mr. Del Vecchio holds a B.S. from Cornell University.

Charlie Denison is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients primarily in the industrials sector. Mr. Denison has over 35 years of investment banking experience advising clients on M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and debt and equity financings across the packaging, paper, and building products industries. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Denison ran the Chicago office of Deutsche Bank and predecessor Bankers Trust since 1994, and was responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment banking activities in the Midwest as well as coordinating the strategies of the private wealth and asset management businesses.

Mr. Denison holds an A.B. in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Youth Centers and the Presbyterian Homes. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lyric Opera of Chicago and The Chicago Children’s Museum.

Jared Dermont is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A and Restructuring & Recapitalization advisory. Mr. Dermont has over 20 years of financial services experience advising companies, equity investors, creditors and government entities across a broad range of industries and geographies. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. Dermont was a Managing Director at Rothschild, Inc. where he focused on global M&A and restructuring transactions.

Bill Derrough is a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Moelis & Company. Mr. Derrough has extensive experience advising all types of parties in major restructurings including companies, boards of directors, creditor groups, shareholders, unions and governmental entities and has been instrumental in building-out the Firm’s restructuring franchise. Under his leadership, Moelis has established one of the world’s leading R&R teams, which has advised on more than 400 assignments globally representing over $1 trillion in value. The team was ranked #1 Restructuring Advisor both Globally and in the U.S. for 2019 completed engagements and was awarded the prestigious Restructuring Bank of the Year award for 2019 by IFR Magazine.

Mr. Derrough has 30 years of investment banking experience. From 1998 until joining Moelis & Company, he co-founded and co-headed the Recapitalization & Restructuring Group at Jefferies & Company. While at Jefferies, Mr. Derrough advised a wide spectrum of clients and investors on restructurings, recapitalizations, financings, mergers, and other engagements. Prior to joining Jefferies, Mr. Derrough was a Principal at Doyle & Boissiere, a private investment firm. Mr. Derrough began his investment banking career at Salomon Brothers Inc.

Mr. Derrough holds a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. He serves on the boards of Youth INC, Boy Scouts of Greater New York, Bennington College and the Academy of St. Joseph, New York. He also served as Treasurer of the Democratic National Committee from 2017-2021.

Michael DiYanni

Michael DiYanni is a Managing Director & Head of Risk Advisory at Moelis & Company where he specializes in financial institutions advisory. Since he joined the Firm, he has been instrumental in the execution of numerous market-leading structured credit transactions and advisory assignments. Mr. DiYanni has worked in the investment banking industry for more than 15 years and has extensive experience in the pricing, modeling and structuring of fixed income derivatives and securitizations. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mr. DiYanni was an Executive Director at JP Morgan in the Fixed Income Group, where he held multiple roles within the structured credit business including heading the North American Franchise Structuring Group, and the Credit Hybrids Pricing and Execution Group. Previously, he was a Director in the Fixed Income Group at Citigroup on the Credit Derivatives Trading desk in New York and London.

Mr. DiYanni holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.S. in Finance and Economics from the London School of Economics.

Patrick Dunleavy is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on Private Funds Advisory. He joined the Firm to help launch the Private Funds Advisory group with extensive experience advising institutional investors and providing capital raising services to financial sponsor clients. Previously, Mr. Dunleavy was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Greenhill’s Private and Real Estate Capital Advisory group. Prior to that, he worked as a Managing Director in the Private Fund Advisory group at Lehman Brothers and Lazard. He has more than 11 additional years of private equity experience holding various positions at Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney and Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown. Mr. Dunleavy began his career as an M&A attorney at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.

Mr. Dunleavy holds a B.A. from Fordham College and a J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law.

Liz Eberhart is a Managing Director in Human Capital Management at Moelis & Company. Ms. Eberhart has over 20 years of HR experience, 10 of which were spent at UBS where she was Head of the Americas Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities HR Team. Prior to this role, Ms. Eberhart held HR positions for UBS AG in both London and Switzerland as a Client Relationship Manager and Recruiter.

Ms. Eberhart holds a B.S. from the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University. She is a member of the HR Roundtable Connecticut chapter and has been on the Board of Advisors since its inception in 2013.

Prior to that, Mr. Ferguson was Chief Information Officer at Kasowitz, Benson, Torres and Freidman, where he was responsible for the firm’s technology platforms, processes and services. He was also previously Director of Information Technology at Ropes & Gray.

Mr. Ferguson holds an M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Austin and a B.A. in International Relations from Cornell University.
