Jório Salgado-Gama is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients on a variety of strategic transactions across the healthcare, infrastructure and logistics, industrials, oil and gas, chemicals and financial services sectors. He has over 25 years of investment banking experience with expertise in M&A, restructurings and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jório was a Senior Partner and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at BR Partners. Before that, he worked at Citigroup in Brazil and New York. Jório holds a B.A. from Harvard University.

Paul Sanabria is a Managing Director in the Private Capital Advisory group at Moelis & Company. He has over 25 years of experience advising sponsors, institutional investors and other financial services firms in the secondary market, having co-founded three secondary units over the course of his career. He has advised on more than 60 complex liquidity solutions representing over $14 billion in transaction value, which includes GP-led continuation vehicles (CVs), asset sales, strip sales, fund recapitalizations, tender offers, and LP interests among others. Paul has also invested over $1 billion in the secondary market as a principal investor and managed over $3 billion in primary, secondary and co-investment private equity strategies.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Paul was a Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Secondaries at Manulife Investment Management, where he co-led a team focused on investing balance sheet and third-party capital into GP-led secondary market CVs. Over five years at Manulife, Paul reviewed over 900 CV investments from over 800 sponsors. Paul was previously Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Illiquid Financial Assets practice, one of the earliest and most innovative secondary advisory banking businesses, where he pioneered the use of CVs in GP-led secondary transactions to create liquidity for sponsors, LPs and management teams. Prior to Houlihan, Paul was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Bear Stearns Asset Management’s secondary investing unit. Paul started his career as an engineer at Hewlett Packard and spent nine years as a management consultant.
Paul received a B.S. in Engineering from Sacramento State University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Eric Sanschagrin is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides financial and strategic advice to clients in the technology sector, with a focus on enterprise software. Eric has 25 years of technology investment banking experience and deep relationships within the global private equity community. He has advised public and private companies on a broad spectrum of mandates including cross-border sell-side and buy-side M&A, as well as IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Eric was a Partner and Managing Director at William Blair, where he focused on enterprise software. Previously, Eric was a Partner and the Strategy and Transactions Technology sector Leader for Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa at EY as well as Managing Director and Head of TMT investment banking for the EMEA region at Piper Jaffray (now Piper Sandler). Before that, he was Managing Director and Head of European Technology investment banking at Citigroup. Eric holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce with Joint Honours in Economics and Finance from McGill University.

Augusto Sasso is a Managing Director and serves as Global Head of Capital Markets and Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) and Consumer & Retail at Moelis & Company. Augusto has nearly 30 years of diversified investment banking and real estate experience, having completed numerous high-profile M&A transactions, joint venture partnerships, equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts and restructurings with both U.S. and international clients.
Augusto has extensive experience building and managing investment banking franchises at Moelis & Company. He joined Moelis & Company at its inception and was also instrumental in establishing and leading the Firm’s Middle East Investment Banking Group. He has been based in Los Angeles, Dubai, London, New York and Dallas.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Augusto was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, and Lufkin & Jenrette, and a real estate investor with Preservation Partners Development. Before that, he held corporate finance and business development positions with Raytheon Company and Hughes Electronics. Augusto holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and graduated first in his class magna cum laude with an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.

Kevin Scheetz is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the technology sector. He joined the team shortly after the Firm’s inception and was instrumental in establishing the San Francisco office. Kevin has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience with expertise working with communications, infrastructure, industrial and consumer hardware and software companies. He has advised public and private companies on a wide range of corporate finance matters, including M&A, initial public offerings, take-privates and other public and private debt and equity financings.
Prior to Moelis & Company, Kevin worked at Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse First Boston and Citigroup. He holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University, which he attended as a Dean’s Scholar.

Margot is responsible for directing and executing the strategic vision of the function through public relations, marketing and executive and corporate communications. She has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry serving as a strategic business partner and senior adviser across operational functions including marketing and communications, investor relations and human capital management.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Margot was a Senior Auditor at Deloitte. She holds a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from Emory University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia.

Caroline Silver is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company, having previously served as a Managing Director until 2020. Caroline has been in the investment banking industry for over 35 years, with extensive experience advising clients in the exchange and market infrastructure vertical as well as regulators.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Caroline was Vice Chairman of EMEA Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was Global Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in addition to a number of senior positions including European Head of Financial Institutions and Head of Restructuring. Prior to that, Caroline worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.
Caroline serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Tesco plc, BUPA and Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. and the National School of Film & Television. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Barratt Developments plc, is an International Advisory Board member at Adobe, Inc, and is a member of the Foundation of the Victoria and Albert Museum. Caroline started her career as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a B.A. in English with Spanish from Durham University.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Matt was Head of Innovation Capital at BlackRock where he oversaw a $1.1 billion portfolio providing growth equity financing to mid- and late-stage venture-backed private companies across AI, enterprise software, hardware, defense, and industrial technology sectors. Before BlackRock, he led Goldman Sachs’ BDC efforts for venture-backed and founder-owned companies, originating and structuring more than $600 million of growth debt and equity investments. Earlier in his career, Matt held roles at H.I.G. Capital, Credit Suisse, and Bridgewater Associates.
Matt earned a B.S. in International Politics and Security Studies, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University, and an M.B.A. with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
