Greg Starkins is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising industrial companies across the aerospace and defense and multi-industry sectors. Greg has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions, as well as shareholder advisory and activist defense situations.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Greg led advisory efforts across the Diversified Industrials, Capital Goods and Services sectors, as well as for the Global Aerospace and Defense sector at Deutsche Bank. Before that, Greg was a member of the M&A team at Merrill Lynch and also coordinated Merrill’s Global Aerospace and Defense advisory practice. Greg began his career as a M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Organizational Behavior/Management from Brown University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Adam Steinberg is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises various parties in all manner of Capital Structure Advisory assignments. He has over 20 years of investment banking and asset management experience, including advising clients on M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions across a wide range of industries.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Adam worked at Lonestar Capital Management where he invested in work-out and special situations. Prior to that he was a Vice President in the Restructuring & Recapitalization group at Jefferies. Adam holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Lisa Strobel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she is responsible for setting and executing the Firm’s strategy across client events, employee programming, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Lisa has over 20 years of experience in corporate operations, with significant expertise garnering client and employee engagement through marketing and events.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Lisa was Chief Administrative Officer at UBS Investment Bank where she was responsible for corporate operations and previously oversaw marketing and sponsorships for the Americas. She held similar roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Lisa holds a B.A. in Communications and Business Liberal Arts from Queens College. She serves as an advisory board member at Guide, an app-based platform focused on mental health, and as a member of the Board and Governance Committee at Akiba Yavneh Academy.

Andrew Swift is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory and M&A. Andrew has extensive investment banking experience advising corporates, acquirers and creditors across a broad range of industries and geographies. He has executed a variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions, with an emphasis on debtor-side engagements, exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations, distressed financings, and S. 363 sales.

Andrew has also advised public and private companies across a variety of complex M&A transactions, including cross-border hostile takeovers, activism defense, MoEs, and leveraged buyouts. Andrew started his career at Moelis and holds a B.A. in History with honors from the University of Michigan.

Brian Tichenor is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A Advisory across a broad range of industries and has experience executing public and private buy-side, sell-side and capital markets assignments.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Brian held roles in the Financial Institutions Group at Citi and in the Treasury Division at State Street Bank & Trust. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.

Serge Tismen is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in M&A, advising corporations and financial sponsors across the global energy, energy transition, and energy technologies sectors. With more than 25 years of investment banking experience, Serge has deep expertise in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, capital formation, and special committee situations. Over the course of his career, he has advised on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $350 billion.

Before joining Moelis, Serge was Global Head of Clean Energy Transition Investment Banking at Citi, a group he established and led to advise clients across the energy and power industries with a focus on next-generation energy infrastructure. Prior to that, he led Citi’s M&A practice in the energy and oilfield services sectors, following earlier leadership roles in media and telecommunications investment banking.

Serge began his career at Wolfensohn & Company and in the M&A group of Deutsche Bank. He holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
