Mark Karasik is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company specializing in M&A advisory across the financial services landscape, with a focus on asset and wealth management, fintech and specialty finance. Mark also has extensive experience advising on recapitalizations and other debt and equity transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark performed financial due diligence on middle market companies across various industries and geographies in the transaction services group at PwC. Mark graduated with honors with a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from The Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
