Abhinav Gattani is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients in the technology sector on corporate finance matters. Abhinav has extensive investment banking experience and has completed numerous high profile transactions, including M&A, equity and debt financings, and leveraged buyouts. During his career, Abhinav has advised a broad spectrum of marquee technology and non-technology clients globally, focusing on digitization, software, services, networking, digital media and internet sectors.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Abhinav worked in Global Technology Investment Banking at Citigroup and also at Goldman Sachs. He was also formerly a Senior Manager at Oracle Corporation where he focused on business development, strategy and product management.
Abhinav holds a Bachelor of Engineering with honors from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) and an M.B.A. from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
