Xiaoying Zhong is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in advising clients across the software and internet sectors. Xiaoying has over 15 years of experience in the sector, having advised clients on a number of strategic and high profile M&A transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Xiaoying was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. Prior to that, she spent ten years in the Corporate Advisory Business at Evercore focusing on the Information and Technology industries. Before Evercore, Xiaoying worked in the Technology Group at Jefferies and began her career as a systems software engineer at Analog Devices working on physical layer communications software for mobile phones.
Xiaoying earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Instrumentation Engineering from Southeast University in China and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
