Timothy Roepke is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising clients in the technology sector, with a focus on software and services. Tim brings nearly 20 years of investment banking experience with deep sector expertise across infrastructure software, cloud services, and broader AI enterprise technologies. He has advised on a wide range of complex and high-profile transactions, including public and private M&A, large-scale strategic sales, and sponsor-backed transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tim was a Managing Director at Jefferies and held investment banking roles at Credit Suisse and Barclays. Before his career in finance, he served as an officer in the U.S. Army. Tim holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the United States Military Academy, West Point, and an M.B.A from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at the College of William & Mary.
