Raymond Wu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he specializes in advising technology clients with a focus on software. He has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience with expertise across mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Raymond was a Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. Before that, he worked at UBS where he specialized in advising education technology clients. Previously, he held investment banking and investing roles at Stifel Financial Corp, BMO Capital Markets and Battery Ventures. He started his career in the Software, Services & Media group at Broadview International (acquired by Jefferies).
Raymond holds an A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
