Perry Hall is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising clients in the consumer, retail, and automotive aftermarket sectors. Perry has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has advised on an extensive variety of strategic transactions, including M&A and capital markets solutions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Perry was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Retail and Consumer Group. He has also held roles at Salomon Smith Barney and First of Michigan. He holds a B.A. from St. Lawrence University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
