Matthew Janukowicz is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides strategic and financial advice to Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) clients, with a focus on the real estate, hospitality and leisure sectors. Matt has nearly 20 years of investment banking and advisory experience, with expertise in executing a range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle, including M&A, restructurings, and capital raises for public and private companies. Since joining Moelis, Matt has been based in the Firm’s London and New York offices. He has executed transactions across the US and internationally, including numerous cross-border deals involving stakeholders in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Matt was a member of the Valuation Advisory practice at Duff & Phelps. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and received an MBA (with Honors) from The Stern School of Business at New York University.
