Levi Wade is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides strategic advice to financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in the technology sector. Levi has over 10 years of investment banking and advisory experience having originated and executed a full spectrum of corporate finance transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, debt financings, and equity capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Levi helped found the technology-focused financial sponsor coverage practice at Pacific Crest Securities. Before that, he spent nearly a decade in industry developing technologies for the US Department of Defense and advising on defense technology procurement and sustainment. Levi holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A from the Stetson School of Business and Economics
