Carlos Jimenez is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he focuses on media & entertainment. Carlos’ clients include film & television studios, production companies and streaming platforms; record labels, music publishers and other music-affiliated entities; live events; video gaming companies; sports leagues and teams; sports betting & igaming companies; and the ecosystems around each of these various verticals. Carlos has over 20 years of investment banking experience and has completed numerous high profile M&A transactions, debt and equity financings, IPOs, leveraged buyouts and restructurings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Carlos worked in the Leveraged Finance Group at Lehman Brothers. Carlos holds a B.A. in Economics with distinction from Yale University.
