Sara Coyle is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where she specializes in advising clients in the Paper & Packaging and Distribution sectors. She has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in advising public and private companies spanning a broad spectrum of industries, including Paper & Packaging, Distribution, Chemical, Building Products and Aerospace & Defense. Sara has originated and executed a broad range of mandates throughout the corporate lifecycle and across disciplines including M&A, equity and debt financing, and restructuring.
Prior to joining Moelis, Sara was a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Paper & Packaging at Rothschild & Co. Before that, she was a Managing Director in the Global Industrials Group at UBS, and previously worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Citi. Sara graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University and holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management. She serves as a Director on the Boards of Wildpack Beverage and Tennis Esports.

Charlie Denison is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he advises clients primarily in the industrials sector. Charlie has over 35 years of investment banking experience advising clients on M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and debt and equity financings across the packaging, paper and building products industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Charlie managed the Chicago office of Deutsche Bank and its predecessor Bankers Trust, where he was responsible for overseeing the firm’s investment banking activities in the Midwest as well as coordinating the strategies of the private wealth and asset management businesses. Charlie holds an A.B. in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Chicago Youth Centers and the Presbyterian Homes. He is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Lyric Opera of Chicago and The Chicago Children’s Museum.

Olav Junttila
Chief Operating Officer, Investment Banking

Olav Junttila is a Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Investment Banking at Moelis & Company, where he is responsible for business management and other corporate functions. Olav has over 25 years of experience in the investment banking industry both as a banker and as an operating executive.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Olav served as COO of International Investment Banking at Nomura, where he managed client and coverage strategy, growth initiatives, performance management, and operational excellence across global markets. Prior to Nomura, he was a Partner at Greentech Capital Advisors, a global investment bank focused on sustainable infrastructure and technology. As an early Principal at Greentech, Olav played a pivotal role in scaling the firm, ultimately leading to its acquisition by Nomura. Olav also held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Pegasus Solar, where he successfully raised Series A equity and debt funding while building the company’s finance and accounting functions. Earlier in his career, he spent nearly a decade at Citi where he advised clients on mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and fixed income transactions across multiple sectors, and invested Citi capital into growth equity companies within the energy, waste, and water sectors.
Olav holds a Bachelor’s Degree equivalent in Economics with minors in Law and Political Science from the University of Tromsø and an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Paul Mann is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Specialty Finance Advisory. Paul has over 15 years of investment banking experience, providing strategic M&A and capital raising advisory services to a variety of financial institutions, including specialty finance companies, insurance companies and mortgage originators and servicers.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Paul worked in the Financial Sponsors and Leveraged Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank. Paul holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
