Mark has over 25 years of investment banking experience and is a trusted advisor to C-suite corporate and private equity clients.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was a Managing Director and Head of Business Services EMEA coverage at HSBC, where he led strategic advisory efforts across high-growth verticals undergoing technological disruption in B2B and B2C Services. Mark previously held senior leadership roles in M&A and coverage of Business and Industrial Services at Lehman Brothers and Nomura. He began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston.
