Daniel Zweben is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he helps lead the Firm’s efforts across the sports, sports-adjacent and sports-related media sectors. Dan has extensive investment banking and corporate law experience, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises and restructurings and recapitalizations. His recent experience includes transactions advising leagues, teams, team owners and institutional investors across major professional leagues in the US and Europe.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Dan held roles at Lazard and UBS Investment Bank. He began his career as an M&A lawyer at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher and Flom in New York City. Dan holds a B.S.M. in Finance and Economics from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
