David Faris is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Industrials, Americas at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the Chemicals and Materials sector. Dave has over 25 years of investment banking experience and has advised on a wide variety of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, debt and equity financings, restructurings and leveraged buyouts.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Dave was a Managing Director in the Chemicals Investment Banking Group at Credit Suisse. Before that, he worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette providing a broad range of investment banking services to chemical and other general industrial companies. Dave holds a B.A. from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
