Robert Glauerdt is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he is part of the Global Financial Institutions Group covering alternative and traditional asset management, wealth management, fund and pension administration, securities, specialty finance and financial technology companies in EMEA and Asia-Pacific on strategic and corporate finance matters, including M&A and initial public offerings (IPOs). Robert has more than 20 years of investment banking experience in Europe and the U.S.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Partner and Managing Director at Berkshire Global Advisers. Before that, he worked in the Global Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in London and New York, advising asset management clients and private banks on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Robert holds a Bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in finance and economics from Passau University along with a Master’s degree in International Finance and Business from Columbia University.
