Biography

Weihan Lee is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on advising corporate and financial sponsor clients across the Asia-Pacific region. Weihan has extensive experience executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in Asia, including M&A, private financings, and equity capital markets transactions across various industries.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Weihan worked on the Technology, Media & Telecom investment banking team at Goldman Sachs, covering Asia ex-Japan. He also previously held roles at ABN AMRO and Credit Suisse First Boston. Weihan holds an M.A. in Law from the University of Cambridge, an M.Sc. in Management and Strategy from the London School of Economics, and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
