Moelis@Wharton is a multi-day, immersive leadership development program offered to a global cohort of our Vice President and Executive Director bankers, facilitated by Wharton faculty and Moelis senior bankers. Participants engage in skills-based training focused on strategic leadership, decision-making, client management and relationship building, managing and developing high-performing teams, negotiations, and effective communication.
The Moelis@Wharton leadership program, unique to Moelis, was established in 2016 and is a reflection of our early and ongoing commitment to developing the future leaders of our Firm and the industry at large.
