Biography

Sloan Harris is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Equity Capital Markets and leads the group’s growth and structured equity efforts, helping private and public clients raise capital. Sloan has extensive experience in the capital markets and has assisted clients across industries in achieving their strategic and financing objectives.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Sloan held roles in the Private Capital Markets Group at Barclays Investment Bank. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
