Biography

Raymond Wu is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising technology clients, with a focus on software. He has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, with expertise across mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Raymond was a Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. Before that, he worked at UBS, where he specialized in advising education-technology clients. Previously, he held investment banking and investing roles at Stifel Financial Corp., BMO Capital Markets, and Battery Ventures. He started his career in the Software, Services & Media group at Broadview International (acquired by Jefferies). Raymond holds an A.B. in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University.
