Biography

Peter Arnaboldi is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A Advisory. He has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise in structuring and executing a full spectrum of public and private M&A transactions, including sellside, merger, buyside, and special committee assignment mandates across a variety of industries. He also serves as Co-Chair of Moelis’ Banker Innovation Committee, responsible for AI implementation across the Firm.

Peter started his investment banking career as an Associate at Moelis & Company. He holds an A.B. in Social Studies from Harvard University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
