Jeff Raich is the Executive Vice Chairman and Co-Founder of Moelis & Company, where he plays a key role in managing the investment banking business and driving strategic growth initiatives for the Firm. He was previously Co-President of Moelis, where he was instrumental in building the Firm’s private equity and M&A business globally. Under his leadership, the franchises have advised on more than 400 assignments globally, representing over $700 billion in value. Jeff has over 35 years of investment banking experience.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeff held leadership roles at UBS Investment Bank, including Joint Global Head of M&A, where he established UBS’s Exclusive Sales and Divestitures Group. Before UBS, Jeff was Head of West Coast Mergers and Acquisitions at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He began his investment banking career at PaineWebber.

Jeff holds a B.S. with Distinction in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia (Beta Gamma Sigma). He is a member of the McIntire School of Commerce Advisory Board at the University of Virginia, a Board Member of the UCLA Health System, and Co-Chair of the Lung Health Advisory Board at UCLA. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Kyle served as Global Head of Structured Credit Origination at Barclays, where he was also a member of the Credit Management Forum. Before that, he spent over a decade at Deutsche Bank as Head of Alternative Asset Manager Coverage within the Structured Solutions Group.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jean-Eudes led the Global Industrial Investment Banking business at Bank of America Merrill Lynch for many years, most recently serving as its Chairman. Before that, he focused on the basic materials sector at Morgan Stanley and Lazard in Paris and London. Benoit has over 30 years of investment banking experience, with expertise in advisory and capital markets transactions covering food, beverage, tobacco, and home and personal care companies across Europe.

Benoit was previously a Managing Director and Head of European Consumer Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley and Lazard in Paris. Benoit graduated from ESSEC Business School. Before starting his career in investment banking, he spent two years as a bridge officer in the French Navy.

He has over 25 years of experience advising sponsors, institutional investors, and other financial services firms in the secondary market, having co-founded three secondary units over the course of his career. He has advised on more than 60 complex liquidity solutions representing over $14 billion in transaction value, including GP-led continuation vehicles (CVs), asset sales, strip sales, fund recapitalizations, tender offers, and LP interests, among others. Paul has also invested over $1 billion in the secondary market as a principal investor and managed more than $3 billion in primary, secondary, and co-investment private equity strategies.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Paul was a Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Secondaries at Manulife Investment Management, where he co-led a team focused on investing balance sheet and third-party capital in GP-led secondary market CVs. Over five years at Manulife, Paul reviewed more than 900 CV investments from over 800 sponsors. Paul was previously Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Illiquid Financial Assets practice, one of the earliest and most innovative secondary advisory banking businesses, where he pioneered the use of CVs in GP-led secondary transactions to create liquidity for sponsors, LPs, and management teams. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Paul was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Bear Stearns Asset Management’s secondary investing unit. Paul started his career as an engineer at Hewlett-Packard and spent nine years as a management consultant.
