Biography

Olena Sokolowska is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in advising clients in the fintech, data, and information services sectors. She has extensive investment banking experience, with expertise advising clients across the financial and TMT sectors on corporate finance matters, including buyside and sellside transactions, capital raises, and other equity and debt structures.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Olena was an Associate at Quayle Munro, now part of Houlihan Lokey’s Data and Analytics M&A group. She holds a B.S. in Economics and International Development from the University of Bath.
