Biography

Nathan Laverriere is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises clients in the Technology and tech-enabled services sectors, with a focus on public sector and learning technology and services. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience, with extensive relationships across the Technology sector and with financial sponsors, and proven expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Nathan was a Senior Managing Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. He was previously a Managing Director at UBS, where he focused on advising technology companies. Before that, he worked at a technology start-up and in the Technology Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Jefferies. Nathan holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
