Biography

Moaath Alangari is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises a broad range of clients in Saudi Arabia on equity capital markets, M&A, and capital structure advisory transactions. He brings deep expertise and institutional knowledge of the local market, developed through extensive advisory experience. He was the first Saudi Head of Moelis KSA and has played a key role in building and growing the Firm’s Saudi franchise.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Moaath worked at SNB Capital (formerly NCB Capital), advising corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of capital markets and advisory transactions. Moaath holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Pepperdine University and a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of San Diego.
