Biography

Mark Henkels is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the Industrials sector. He has over 35 years of investment banking experience, having advised clients on transactions in the metals and mining, capital goods, chemicals, aerospace and defense, and building products sectors.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was Head of the Industrial Growth and Services Group at CIBC World Markets, where he established one of Wall Street’s leading industrial banking franchises across the industrials sector. Prior to CIBC, he led the Global Basic Industries franchises at Merrill Lynch and worked at Salomon Brothers and Smith Barney. Mark holds a B.A. in Accounting from Creighton University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
