Biography

Mads Jessen is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients across the Healthcare sector, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical technology, and life sciences tools companies. Mads has nearly 20 years of investment banking experience, advising clients on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and capital raising solutions, as well as advising boards of directors and special committees.

Mads began his investment banking career at Credit Suisse First Boston. He holds a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
