Biography

Lloyd Sindorf is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the financial technology sector, with a focus on financial software, exchanges, capital markets technology, and payments. He has over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising on a broad range of mandates, including M&A, debt financing, and equity capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Lloyd was an Executive Director of Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities. He also held roles in financial technology investment banking at Barclays Capital and BofA Merrill Lynch.

Before his investment banking career, Lloyd held strategy and execution roles at NYSE Euronext and Intercontinental Exchange. He holds an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University.
