Biography

Lillian Tsinikas is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in advising corporate and financial sponsor clients across the healthcare technology sector. Lillian has more than 15 years of M&A and investment banking experience, originating and executing a wide variety of transactions including M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and debt and equity financings.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Lillian co-led healthcare technology investment banking coverage at Lazard. Before that, she held investment banking roles at Guggenheim Securities and TM Capital, and previously worked as a civil engineer before transitioning to corporate development and M&A at Skanska, a global construction and development company. Lillian holds an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
