Biography

Julien Oussadon is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he advises clients in the Technology sector, with a focus on application and vertical software, as well as fintech, data, and information services. Julien has over 20 years of experience advising high-growth and established technology companies on a broad range of strategic transactions, including public and private M&A, IPOs, and growth financings.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Julien was a Managing Director at Harris Williams in the Technology Investment Banking Group, where he led its European practice. He was previously a TMT investment banker at UBS and began his career in the M&A Group at Société Générale in Paris. Julien holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
