Biography

Jeremy Lane is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the Industrials sector, with a focus on metals and mining. Jeremy has extensive M&A experience, having worked with both regional and international clients on significant cross-border transactions with an Asia nexus, including Greater China, Korea, and Southeast Asia.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeremy was Head of Metals & Mining for Asia at Credit Suisse, where he also held investment banking roles across the mining, industrials, and new energy sectors. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Engineering and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.
