Biography

Eliot Freeston is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in M&A Advisory. Eliot has over 20 years of investment banking experience, executing public and private buyside, sellside, and special committee assignments across a broad range of industries. He has advised on over $50 billion of high-profile M&A transactions, with an emphasis on the hospitality and leisure sectors.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Eliot worked in the M&A Group at Centerview Partners and began his investment banking career with Scotia Capital in Toronto, Canada. Eliot holds an Honours B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
