Biography

Brian Tichenor is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the financial institution, blockchain, and digital asset industries. Brian has over 15 years of investment banking experience, having executed a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions; public and private debt, equity, and hybrid capital raises; reinsurance; and restructurings and recapitalizations for corporate and government entities.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Brian held roles in the Financial Institutions Group at Citi and in the Treasury Division at State Street Bank & Trust. Brian holds a B.S. in Business Management from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College and an M.B.A. from the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University.
