Biography

Bert Grisel is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company in Hong Kong, where he leads Capital Structure Advisory for the region. Bert has over 30 years of investment banking experience and has been involved in some of the largest and most complex restructuring transactions in Asia.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bert was interim CFO of a NASDAQ-listed company. He was previously at ABN AMRO, where his leadership roles included Head of Industrials and Real Estate in Asia, in addition to various other roles in Europe and Latin America. Bert holds an M.Sc. in Law from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands.
