Biography

Antje Gänsler is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where she specializes in Capital Structure Advisory transactions in EMEA, with a focus on German-speaking regions. She has extensive experience advising debtors, creditors, and shareholders in capital structure and restructuring mandates.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Antje worked at Lazard, where she advised clients across EMEA on capital structure and restructuring situations. Prior to that, she worked at Gleacher Shacklock LLP, where she focused on complex restructurings, and was previously an investment director at a European family office. Antje started her career as a structured finance attorney at Linklaters LLP. She holds an M.B.A. (Diplom-Kaufmann) and a law degree from the University of Würzburg in Germany. She is admitted to the bar in Germany and the bar of England and Wales.
