Biography

Andrew Swift is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory and M&A. Andrew has extensive investment banking experience advising corporates, acquirers, and creditors across a broad range of industries and geographies. He has executed a variety of in-court and out-of-court restructuring transactions, with an emphasis on debtor-side engagements, exchange offers, consent solicitations, lender negotiations, distressed financings, and Section 363 sales.

Andrew has also advised public and private companies on a variety of complex M&A transactions, including cross-border hostile takeovers, activism defense, mergers of equals, and leveraged buyouts. Andrew started his career at Moelis & Company and holds a B.A. in History with Honors from the University of Michigan.
