Biography

Andrew Hanson is a Senior Advisor in Private Capital Markets at Moelis & Company, focused on debt private placements. Andrew has over 30 years of investment banking experience specializing in originating, structuring, and executing numerous debt private placements across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Andrew held Managing Director and Head of Private Placements roles at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch. He began his career in capital markets at Bankers Trust. Andrew holds a B.A. in Economics-Mathematics from Colby College, an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and a J.D. from Cornell University.
