Biography

Adam Keil is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Capital Structure Advisory and has been a team member since the establishment of the franchise. He has over 20 years of investment banking experience, with extensive expertise in advising debtors, creditors, and equity holders on a wide variety of recapitalization and restructuring transactions across a broad range of industries, including technology, media, telecommunications, real estate, retail, and general industrials.

Adam holds a B.S. in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
