Alan Aberg

Alan Aberg is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients on transactions within Private Capital Advisory and in the gaming, real estate, hospitality, and leisure industries. Alan has executed a broad range of transactions, including GP-led secondaries, fund placements, M&A, SPAC initial business combinations, initial public offerings, and debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Alan held roles in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure Group at Deutsche Bank. Alan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Mark Aedy

Mark Aedy is a Managing Director and Chairman of EMEA & APAC at Moelis & Company. Mark has extensive experience building and managing investment banking franchises and played a leading role in expanding the Firm’s presence in key markets outside the U.S. He has over 45 years of investment banking experience, advising clients across multiple jurisdictions globally on a broad range of advisory services, including strategic mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark was Head of Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a member of the firm’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee. Before that, Mark held several leadership roles at Merrill Lynch, including Head of Investment Banking in EMEA, Head of Metals & Mining, and Head of General Industrials.
Mark holds a B.A. with Honours from Durham University. He is a Non-Executive Director of British Land PLC and a Visiting Fellow at the University of Oxford. He previously served as a Senior Independent Director of The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust for seven years and as a Trustee of The HALO Trust, a global de-mining charity, for six years, where he remains an Ambassador.
Jeremy Burke

Jeremy Burke is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients across the consumer, real estate, gaming, hospitality, and leisure sectors. Jeremy has extensive investment banking experience advising both corporates and financial sponsors on a wide range of mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and restructurings, as well as debt and equity capital raises. He also serves as Co-Chair of Moelis’ Banker Innovation Committee, responsible for AI implementation across the Firm.
Since joining Moelis & Company, Jeremy has been based in the Firm’s London and New York offices. He has executed transactions across the U.S. and internationally, including numerous cross-border deals involving stakeholders in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas. Jeremy holds a B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
Robert C. Crowley

Robert Crowley is a Managing Director and Head of the Boston office at Moelis & Company. He joined the Firm at its inception and was instrumental in establishing its Boston office and leading expansion in the homebuilding sector. Bob has over 25 years of investment banking experience advising on and executing various mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and debt and equity transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Bob was Head of High Yield Capital Markets at UBS and previously led top franchises in the homebuilding and environmental services sectors of UBS’s Global Industrials Group. Prior to joining UBS, Bob worked at BankBoston and started his career at Salomon Brothers. Before his career in investment banking, Bob was an Institutional Investor-ranked high yield research analyst covering the homebuilding and building materials sectors. Bob was featured in Investment Dealers Digest’s “40 Under 40” in 2009.
Bob holds a B.A. in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College. He currently serves as Treasurer and Board Member of the Shady Hill School, a Board Member of the Franconia Ski Club, and a member of the corporation of Belmont Hill School. Bob was formerly President of the Franconia Ski Club and Hill House Boston and was a member of the Joint Center for Housing Studies’ Policy Advisory Board at Harvard University.
Ramy Ibrahim

With over 20 years of investment banking and entrepreneurship experience, Ramy has advised clients in the U.K., Europe, the Middle East, and the U.S. on a broad range of mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, and corporate and sovereign restructurings and recapitalizations. Since joining Moelis & Company at its inception, he has worked across the Firm’s New York, Dubai, and London offices.
Ramy holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and International Studies from the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and an M.B.A. from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University, where he received the honorable M.A. Wright Award.
Matt Janukowicz

Matt has nearly 20 years of investment banking and advisory experience, with expertise in executing a range of transactions throughout the corporate lifecycle, including M&A, restructurings, and capital raises for public and private companies. Since joining Moelis, Matt has been based in the Firm’s London and New York offices. He has executed transactions across the U.S. and internationally, including numerous cross-border deals involving stakeholders in Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Matt was a member of the Valuation Advisory practice at Duff & Phelps. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida and an M.B.A. with Honors from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Augusto Sasso is a Managing Director and serves as Global Head of Capital Markets and Global Head of Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging & Leisure (REGLL) and Consumer & Retail at Moelis & Company. Augusto has nearly 30 years of diversified investment banking and real estate experience, having completed numerous high-profile M&A transactions, joint venture partnerships, equity and debt financings, leveraged buyouts, and restructurings with both U.S. and international clients.
Augusto has extensive experience building and managing investment banking franchises at Moelis & Company. He joined the Firm at its inception and was instrumental in establishing and leading Moelis & Company’s Middle East Investment Banking Group. Augusto has been based in Los Angeles, Dubai, London, New York, and Dallas.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Augusto was an investment banker with Credit Suisse First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and a real estate investor with Preservation Partners Development. Before that, he held corporate finance and business development positions with Raytheon Company and Hughes Electronics. Augusto holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles and graduated first in his class, magna cum laude, with an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona.
