Alan Aberg is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients on transactions within Private Capital Advisory and in the gaming, real estate, hospitality, and leisure industries. Alan has executed a broad range of transactions, including GP-led secondaries, fund placements, M&A, SPAC initial business combinations, initial public offerings, and debt and equity financings.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Alan held roles in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging, and Leisure Group at Deutsche Bank. Alan holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University, a J.D. from the New York University School of Law, and an M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Pablo de la Infiesta

Pablo de la Infiesta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company and Head of Private Capital Advisory in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa). He has over 20 years of private equity secondary advisory, fund placement, and investment banking experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Pablo was a Managing Director and European Head of the Private Capital Advisory Group at Lazard, where he built and led the firm’s secondary advisory business in EMEA, in addition to leading the region’s fundraising business. Before that, Pablo worked at Campbell Lutyens & Co. in London, where he executed some of the firm’s earliest continuation vehicle transactions. He began his career at Salomon Brothers. Pablo holds a degree in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and an M.B.A. from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.
Jeff Hammer

Jeff Hammer is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Private Capital Advisory. He has over 25 years of experience advising sponsors, institutional investors, and other financial services firms in the secondary market, having co-founded three secondary units over the course of his career. He has advised on more than 60 complex liquidity solutions representing over $14 billion in transaction value, including GP-led continuation vehicles (CVs), asset sales, strip sales, fund recapitalizations, tender offers, and LP interests, among others. Jeff has also invested over $1 billion in the secondary market as a principal investor and managed over $3 billion in primary, secondary, and co-investment private equity strategies.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Jeff was a Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Secondaries at Manulife Investment Management, where he co-led a team focused on investing balance sheet and third-party capital in GP-led secondary market CVs. Over five years at Manulife, Jeff reviewed over 900 CV investments from more than 800 sponsors. Jeff was previously Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Illiquid Financial Assets practice, one of the earliest and most innovative secondary advisory banking businesses, where he pioneered the use of CVs in GP-led secondary transactions to create liquidity for sponsors, LPs, and management teams. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Jeff was a Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of Bear Stearns Asset Management’s secondary investing unit. Earlier in his career, Jeff held investment banking positions at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
Jeff is a Life Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, an Elected Member of the Westport Board of Finance, a Trustee of the Westport Pension Investment Committee, and a Director of the nonprofit theater company 59E59. He received an A.B. in Politics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
Vincent Ragosta

Vincent Ragosta is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in Private Capital Advisory. He has extensive experience in originating and developing global strategic mandates, including capital raising, secondary market, and other independent advisory services for private fund sponsors and limited partners.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Vincent was a Managing Director on the North American fund placement team at Campbell Lutyens. Previously, he held roles at UBS Investment Bank, SMBC Nikko Securities America, and Shumway Capital Partners. He began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young and KPMG. Vincent holds an M.B.A. and a B.S. in Accounting from the Dolan School of Business at Fairfield University.
Kyle Reidy

Kyle Reidy is a Managing Director on the Private Capital Advisory team at Moelis & Company, where he leads Private Credit Secondaries. Kyle brings over 17 years of experience advising clients and delivering highly tailored, strategic capital solutions to direct lending platforms, credit opportunity funds, credit hedge funds, and private equity firms. He has a proven track record of building and scaling structured credit and financing platforms across market cycles, driving durable growth and long-term value.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Kyle served as Global Head of Structured Credit Origination at Barclays, where he was also a member of the Credit Management Forum. Before that, he spent over a decade at Deutsche Bank as Head of Alternative Asset Manager Coverage within the Structured Solutions Group.
Kyle holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.

Matt Wesley

Matt Wesley is a Managing Director and Global Head of Private Capital Advisory at Moelis & Company. Matt brings over 20 years of expertise in secondaries and private capital advisory, with extensive experience building and growing businesses in the private capital space.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Matt was Global Head of Private Capital Advisory at Jefferies, where he built and led the firm’s secondary advisory, primary fundraising, and general partner stakes businesses. Prior to joining Jefferies, Matt held multiple leadership roles at PJT Partners, where he led the origination and execution of some of the earliest and largest single‐asset continuation vehicle transactions ever completed. Before that, he worked on the buyside at Coller Capital and was a lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell.
Matt holds a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
