John Colella is a Managing Director and Global Head of Power & Utilities at Moelis & Company. John has been in the investment banking industry for over 25 years and has advised some of the largest global power and utility clients on critical strategic and capital raising transactions, including M&A, capital markets, restructuring, and bankruptcy transactions. His expertise in the energy sector includes electric, water, and gas utilities, as well as independent power producers and renewable energy companies.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, John was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan covering power and utility clients and a member of the Global Utilities Group at UBS Investment Bank. He holds a B.A. from Rutgers College and an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, where he was a Park Leadership Fellow.
Joseph DeCampo

Joseph DeCampo is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company where he provides strategic advice to clients with a focus on the renewable energy, independent power, and utility sectors. Joe has over 10 years of experience across the power and renewables industries with deep expertise in M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Joe was a member of the Power, Utilities & Renewables group at Wells Fargo, where he advised clients on a broad range of strategic transactions across the power and renewables sector. Prior to entering investment banking, he practiced as an attorney in the clean energy sector, advising on the development, financing, and acquisition of renewable energy projects. Joe holds an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Aman Mittal

Aman Mittal is a Managing Director and Head of Data Centers & Emerging Telecom at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising clients in the data center and broader digital infrastructure sector. Aman has extensive investment banking experience advising data centers, AI compute infrastructure, fiber, and tower clients on a broad range of transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, joint ventures, equity and debt capital raises, and other capital structure situations.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Aman held various investment banking roles at Evercore, and he was previously a strategy consultant at Bain & Company. Aman holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communications from Delhi University and an M.B.A. in Banking and Corporate Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Glenn Muscosky

Glenn Muscosky is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company on the Infrastructure team. He has over 20 years of private- and public-sector experience in transport and energy infrastructure.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Glenn was a founding member of the team that established J.P. Morgan’s first infrastructure investment strategy and led project finance efforts as a senior member of Crédit Agricole’s project finance team. Glenn began his career at the New York City Transit Authority and the New York City School Construction Authority. Glenn holds a B.S. in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management.
Will Peters

Will Peters is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he focuses on clients in the tech, media, and telecom sectors, specializing in communications infrastructure and FinTech. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Will worked at Barclays, where he was a Managing Director and senior member of the firm’s tech, media, and telecom coverage team in London.
Prior to starting his investment banking career at Barclays, he spent six years in the British Army, serving with the 1st Battalion, The Duke of Wellington’s Regiment in Europe and the Middle East. Will holds an M.A. with Honours in Modern History from the University of St Andrews.
Yorick Van Slingelandt

Yorick van Slingelandt is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company. Yorick has nearly 30 years of investment banking experience having worked in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East, and has significant expertise leading cross-border M&A and capital markets transactions across a variety of industries, including infrastructure, transport, logistics, energy, aerospace, and telecommunications.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company in 2011, Yorick was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Education for Employment. Yorick holds an engineering and business degree (Ingénieur Commercial et de Gestion) from the Université Catholique de Louvain and a Master’s in Management from the Community of European Management Schools.
