Rich Harding is a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Services and the U.S. Private Equity Solutions Group at Moelis & Company. Rich has over 25 years of combined investment banking experience specializing in advising financial sponsors, private asset managers, and family offices and their founders on portfolio optimization. He also has significant experience originating and executing a wide variety of corporate finance transactions in the healthcare sector, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and other equity and debt transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Rich worked in the Global Healthcare Group at Citigroup. He received a B.A. in Economics and Government from Connecticut College and an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan.
Roger Hoit

Roger Hoit is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides strategic advice to financial sponsor clients. Roger has over 25 years of investment banking experience, having originated and executed a full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, and derivative transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Roger was a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group, where he built a leading franchise advising financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on strategic transactions and investment opportunities. Before that, Roger was a Managing Director at SG Cowen, a division of Société Générale, as well as a Managing Director and Partner at Gleacher & Co. He began his career at PaineWebber Incorporated. Roger holds a B.A. in Economics from Amherst College.
Mark Laoun

Mark Laoun is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he provides strategic advice to private equity clients. Mark has over 25 years of industry experience, having originated and executed a full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, GP advisory, equity and debt financings across multiple industry verticals.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mark worked in the Global Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley and in the Global Industrials Group at Lehman Brothers. Earlier in his career, he held positions in investment management at Scotia Capital. Mark holds a B.A. from the University of Western Ontario and an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
Mike McKeever

Mike McKeever is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he specializes in advising private equity clients. He has extensive investment banking experience, having advised private equity clients, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds on a variety of corporate finance matters, including M&A, capital markets, and hedging and derivatives transactions across a broad range of industries.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike worked at Morgan Stanley in the Global Financial Sponsors Group in the Investment Banking Division and in Private Credit Solutions within Global Capital Markets. Before that, he was a Finance & Performance Management consultant at Accenture. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, in addition to earning a CFA charter.

Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Tyler was an investment banker at Duff & Phelps, and he previously worked as an investment banker at First Beverage, Houlihan Lokey, and Wells Fargo Securities. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Investments & Financial Markets.
James Schiro

Robert has nearly 30 years of investment banking and asset management experience.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Private Finance Group at Goldman Sachs and was also the Founder and CIO of an independent asset management firm. Robert holds an M.A. from the University of Cambridge.
Levi Wade

Levi has over 10 years of investment banking and advisory experience, having originated and executed a full spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, debt financings, and equity capital markets transactions.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Levi helped found the technology-focused financial sponsor coverage practice at Pacific Crest Securities. Before that, he spent nearly a decade in industry, where he developed technologies for the U.S. Department of Defense and advised on defense technology procurement and sustainment. Levi holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A from the Stetson School of Business and Economics.
