Mike has worked in the investment banking industry for more than 25 years.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Mike spent a decade in the fixed income trading business both at J.P. Morgan and Citigroup in New York and London. Mike holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.S. in Finance and Economics from The London School of Economics.
Robert Glauerdt

Robert Glauerdt is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where he is part of the Global Financial Institutions Group. He advises alternative and traditional asset management, wealth management, fund and pension administration, securities, specialty finance, and financial technology companies in EMEA and Asia-Pacific on strategic and corporate finance matters, including M&A and initial public offerings (IPOs). Robert has more than 20 years of investment banking experience in Europe and the U.S.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Robert was a Partner and Managing Director at Berkshire Global Advisers. Before that, he worked in the Global Financial Institutions Group at UBS Investment Bank in London and New York, advising asset management clients and private banks on corporate finance and M&A transactions. Robert holds a bachelor’s degree and an M.B.A. in finance and economics from Passau University, along with a Master’s in International Finance and Business from Columbia University.
Rick Haythornthwaite

Rick Haythornthwaite is the Chairman of NatWest Bank, the AA, and a Senior Advisory Partner at Moelis & Company.
After a 19-year career in the oil & gas industry with BP and, latterly, Premier Oil, he joined the Blue Circle cement group in 1997 with responsibility for Europe & Asia before being promoted to Group Chief Executive in 1999. Following a successful hostile bid defence, performance turnaround, and sale of the company, he led the rescue of Invensys as CEO, one of the world’s leading industrial controls companies at the time.
He has since served as Chairman of Ocado, Mastercard Inc., Centrica, Network Rail, QiO Technologies, and Railsr, as well as a Partner at Star Capital. His past non-executive directorships include Cookson plc, Lafarge SA, Land Securities plc, ICI plc, and Globant. He has also chaired the U.K. Better Regulation Commission, the Risk & Regulatory Advisory Council, and the Haythornthwaite Review of U.K. Armed Forces incentivisation. In the not-for-profit sector, he has chaired the World Wide Web Foundation and, in the U.K., the Creative Industries Federation, Creative England, the Southbank Centre, and Almeida Theatre. Rick was educated at MIT and The Queen’s College, Oxford.

Caroline Silver is a Senior Advisor at Moelis & Company, having previously served as a Managing Director until 2020. Caroline has been in the investment banking industry for over 35 years, with extensive experience advising clients in the exchange and market infrastructure vertical, as well as regulators.
Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Caroline was Vice Chairman of EMEA Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, she was Global Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, in addition to holding a number of senior positions, including European Head of Financial Institutions and Head of Restructuring. Prior to that, Caroline worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell.
Caroline serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Tesco plc, BUPA, Intercontinental Exchange, Inc., and the National Film & Television School. She also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of Barratt Developments plc, as a member of the International Advisory Board at Adobe, Inc., and as a member of the foundation of the Victoria and Albert Museum. Caroline started her career as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She holds a B.A. in English with Spanish from Durham University.
